Refund policy

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations 

As these are pharmaceutical products, we cannot accept returns and refunds are not issued. Please take the time to research your purchases carefully before you buy.

Cancellations will only be accepted before the order has been packaged at the warehouse.  For related product context, see HCS GW501516 25mgs/ml.

Items Damaged in Transit

We will replace any product free of charge if it is damaged in transit (eg broken bottle) but you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item (for damaged goods claims). 

Simply take a photo of the damaged or faulty product and email it to us along with a description of the problem: [email protected] 

From there we will follow up with an email or phone call and when approved we will reship your replacements free of charge.
